SHIPPING Ismodern will make its best effort to ensure that your packages reach you accurately and expediently. All orders of in-stock merchandise will ship within 48 hours of receipt of order.
You will receive confirmation of shipping and a tracking number for your shipment in an email from ismodern. Please allow your package(s) 3 to 7 business days to arrive.
International shipping is available. Please email us directly at sales@ismodern.com

RETURNS ismodern trusts that you will be satisfied with the merchandise you purchase through our website. However, if for any reason you must return an item purchased on the web, you may due so within 14 days of receipt for a store credit or a refund in the form of the payment you used to purchase the item. You will be credited for the cost of the merchandise plus any additional taxes, but we will not refund your shipping costs. In addition there will be a 15% restocking charge. PLEASE NOTE: ALL SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL. Returns are serious business and we respectfully request that you follow the following quick and easy return procedure:

1. Email returns@ismodern.com to notify us of the return and to receive a return authorization number.
2. Enclose the item in appropriate packaging, mark the package with the return authorization number and return the merchandise to us at:
